If you are diagnosed for Corona Positive with RT-PCR CT value of 15 to 35, you can Quarantine yourself at home for minimum 14 days or more until Corona report become Negative.

If CT value is below 15 then Consult your doctor and you may be hospitalized.

Solutions :-

A. Food for Body

1. Take 2 to 3 Liters of warm water daily. This will pass Corona viral load through Kidneys.

2. Take One Glass Fruit Juice of Lemon and Orange one time daily.

3. Use Sunth in Tea.

4. Take One Glass Milk with Haldar daily.

5. Gargle with Hot water or Water with Haldi to soothing the throat.

6. Take Hot food of Home only.

7. Keep your room Clean and use Sanitizer spray frequently in room

8. If possible do light exercise and Pranayam for 30 minutes.


B. Medicines for Body (Contact your Doctor before using)

1. Antibiotic Tablet - Azithromycin - 500 - 1 No daily for 5 Days -
    To remove bacterial infection of Body.

2. Your doctor may give another Antibiotic Tablet - Doxy-1 simultaneously if required.
   Your doctor may give any steroid after 7 days depending upon your health condition.  

3. Take Vitamin C Tablet - 1 Mg - One tablet for 10 days daily to increase Body immunity

4. Take Multivitamins tablet like Zincovit having Zink, Vitamin B12 Complex, Vitamin D
    - 1 No daily for 10 days.

5. Paracetamol 650mg - 2 to 3 Times daily if there is fever for every 8 Hours

6. Moon-LC - 1 No. daily at night time for 10 days if you have Cold or running Nose.

7. Take Hot steam inhale for 5 to 10 minutes for Nose and Throat everyday.
    This method is also called Naas. Use Green Colour Capsule (like Genvol or Smartbreath)
    in Nass water. To take Nass is most important for first 5 days after diagonised.

8. Use Swasari Patanjali or equivalent medicine for Cough - 3 times a day

9. Use Ayush Kawath Powder for immunity.

10. Any other Medicine as per your consulting Doctor.

11. Measure Body Temperature every 3 to 4 hours and make it daily chart.

12. Measure Oxygen level every 3 to 4 hours and Consult Doctor or Hospital immediately if it
     goes below 94.


C. Thoughts for Mind

1. Use free time in listening good music and songs or read good books,
    View Good Movies, Call your Family and friends and talk with them to pass the time.

2. Don't get scared of corona. Be optimistic that you will be OK in short time.

3.
Believe that this time will also pass and you will remain safe and healthy.

4. Stop negative thinking. Though it is difficult, think positive and Believe that good will happen.

5. Do deep breathing exercise for 5 to 10 minutes daily.

6. Do relaxation techniques for Mind for 15 minutes daily.

7. Do mediation of any time for 15 minutes daily.

8. Accept the situation as it is as you cannot change it. This will reduce lots of stress of mind.

9. You are not alone in grief, lacs of people are passing through the same situation in the
      world. Hence do not make your mind heavy.

10. If you get any negative thought, just see as it is. Do not feel any thing for it and try to
     replace with good thought or by any good event / memory of your life.

11. Do not become anxious. Let leave it to God.

12. Listen Hanuman Chalisa, Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra or Gayatri Mantra. This will generate
     positive energy around us and we will feel batter in such tough time.

13. Prey to God for you and for people of world to pass this time as early as possible
